Ururka
Qadiyadda Soomaaliyeed oo si xoogan u cambaareeysay
dulaan-cireedkii Maraykanka ee Soomaalia.
‘Ururka Qadiyadda Soomaaliya’ waxeey si xoog leh u
caambaaraysay duulaankii militari ee sharci darradda
ahaa iyo weliba marmarsiyadii iska muuqato ee shakiga ku
jira ee laga bixiyay sababtii ka danbeeysay weerarkaas.
Duulaankan Gantaalaha lagu riday Dhoobleey iyo kuwii ka
horeeyay waxeey u taagan yihiin dagaal la go’aansaday in
dalka Soomaaliya lagu qaado.
Ururka Qadiyadda
Soomaaliya ayaa baaq ku socda dawladda Mareeykanka ku
guubaabiyey kana dalbay ineey tixgeliyaan xoriyadda
dawladnimo iyo midda dhuleed ee Soomaaliya. Ururka
Qadiyadda Soomaaliyeed waxuu kaloo Maraykanka ku
adkeeyay ineey u qiimeeyso nolosha qofka Soomaaliga ee
waxba galabsan sida eey u tixgeliso muwaadinka
maraykanka ah, waa in dawladda mareeykanku ka harto
xoogga mar la boodka ah ee lagu dilayo ama lagu xirayo
muwaadinka Soomaaliga ah. Xoogga macnadarradda ah ee
Maraykanku isticmaalayo waxuu keenay dhimasho iyo
dhaawaca dad aan waxba galabsan, burburin guryahooda iyo
noloshooda ah, iyagoo aanan inaba qaban ama dilin hal
qof oo argagxiso ah.
Warsaxaafadeedkii
Ururka Qadiyadda Soomaaliyeed oo dhan ayaa hoos la
idinkugu soo bandhigayaa:
Militariga Dawladda
Mareeykanka ayaa maanta weerar gantaalo ku qaaday
Dhoobleey, magaalo Soomaaliyeed ee yar oo ku taalo xadka
Kenya (xigasho: New York Times, 03/03/2008).
Duulaankaan oo si rasmi ah loogu sheegay inuu ahaa mid
lala beegsanayay hal shaqsi oo argagixiso ah, waxuu ku
habsaday degaan guriyeed. Dariskii gurigaas waxeey
sheegeen inuu weerarkaan dilay oo dhaawacay dad
masaakiin ah oo wax galabsan iyo xoolihii ay dhaqanayeen.
Pentagon-ka (Xarunta Gaashindhiga Maraykanka) ayaa ku
qiray faafin jaraa’id oo rasmi ah inuu dhacay duulaankan
(American Forces Press Service, 03/03/2008). Duulaankan
waa kii afaraad ee si guud oo baahsan dawladda
mareeykanku u qiratay inay ku qaaday gudaha Soomaaliya
ka dib markii ay Maraykanku taageereen duulaanka iyo
qabsashadda Itoobiyaanku ku qaaday Soomaaliya bishii
December, 2006-dii. Dhoobleey waxeey tahay magaalo dadka
Soomaaliyeed ee la soo barakicyay ee ka baxsanaya
burburka iyo weerarka Itoobiyaanka ee uu Maraykanku
taageero ee ka dhacaya caasimadda Muqdisho.
Ururka Qadiyadda Soomaaliya’ waxeey si xoog leh u
caambaareeysay duulaankii militari ee sharci darradda
ahaa, iyo weliba marmarsiyadii iska muuqatay ee shakigu
ku jiray ee laga bixiyey sababtii ka danbeeyey
weerarkaas. Duulaankan Gantaalaha lagu riday Dhoobleey
iyo kuwii ka horeeyay waxeey u taagan yihiin dagaal la
go’aansaday in dalka Soomaaliya lagu qaado.
Duqayntan dhacday 3dii Maarso waxaa iska cad ineey
tahay dhacdadii ugu danbeeysay falal siyaasadeed is daba
taagnaa oo Soomaaliya lagu qaaday kuwaasoo hubaashii ku
dhamaaday guuldaro aad u baaxad weyn. Faragelinta
tooska ah ee Maraykanku ku hayo Geeska Afrika, siiba
Soomaaliya waxay abuurtay nabadgelyo la’aan sii
kordhaysa iyo dhiigbax dhiiragaliyey kaligiitalinimo,
dagaal oogayaal iyo ku xadgudub xaquuqda qofka bini
aadamka ah.
Hubaynta iyo
maalgelinta dagaal oogayaasha dambiilayaasha ah ee ka
soo horjeeda dadka ((New York Times, 06/08/2006)
iyo weliba sahaysiinta dhinaca saadka, siyaasadda
daboolaysa duulaanka iyo qabsashadda Itoobiyaanku ku
sameeyeen Soomaaliya ((New York Times,
12/27/2006) ayaa siyaasadda maraykanka ee ku wajahan
Soomaaliya ka dhigaysa mid ku qeexan waali aan loo
baahneeyn; Ku celcelinta siyaasadda qaldan iyo rajaynta
ineey ka soo baxdo natiijo ka duwan tii hore ayaa waali
ah. Siyaasadahan Maraykanku qaatay waxeey abuureen dhib
bini’aadan tii ugu xumeeyd ee Afrika ka dhacda taasoo ka
sii daran dhibka Darfur (New York Times,
11/19/2007). Dareen dhiilo ayaa laga muujiyey ineey
Soomaaliya ka dhici doonto abaar dagaalku’ uu sabab u
leeyahay sida abaartii dhacday horaantii sanadihii
sagaashameeyadda (New York Times, 03/04/2008).
Ururka Qadiyadda
Soomaaliya ayaa baaq ku socda dawladda Maraykanka ku
guubaabiyey kana dalbay inay tixgeliyaan xoriyadda
dawladnimo iyo midda dhuleed ee Soomaaliya. Ururka
Qadiyadda Soomaaliyeed waxuu kaloo Maraykanka ku
adkeeyay ineey u qiimeeyso nolosha qofka Soomaaliga ee
waxba galabsan sida eey u tixgeliso muwaadinka
mareeykanka ah, waa in dawladda mareeykanku ka harto
xoogga mar la boodka ah ee lagu dilayo ama lagu xirayo
muwaadinka Soomaaliga ah. Xoogga macnadarradda ah ee
Maraykanku isticmaalayo waxuu keenay dhimasho iyo
dhaawaca dad aan waxba galabsan, burburin guryahooda iyo
noloshooda ah, iyagoo aanan inaba qaban ama dilin hal
qof oo argagxiso ah.
Ururka Qadiyadda
Soomaaliyeed waxay dalbayaan in:
- In dawladda
Maraykanku joojiso duqaynta macnadaradda iyo dilka
dadka aan wax galabsan iyo burburinta hantidooda,
duqeeyntaas iyo dilkaas oo ku saleeysan sir-ku-sheeg
aanan lagu kalsoonaan Karin oo waqtiyo la soo
dhaafay dhacay.
- In Kongress-ka
Maraykanku baaro dagaalka aan la cadayn ee lagu hayo
Soomaaliya.
- In Beesha Caalamku
si deg deg ah u joojiso qabsashadda Itoobiya ee
Soomaaliya, kaasoo argagixis ku ah dadweynaha
Soomaaliyeed.

Somali Cause Strongly Condemns Latest US Airstrike In
Somalia
March 3, 2008 — The United States (US) military today
unleashed missiles on Dhoobley, a small Somali town on the
Kenyan border (New York Times, 03/03/2008). Officially declared
as an attack on a single "suspected" terrorist hide-out, the
missiles struck a residence. The neighbors insist that the
attack killed and wounded innocent civilians and their
livestock. The Pentagon later confirmed the attack in a press
release (American Forces Press Service, 03/03/2008). This is the
fourth, publicly admitted, bombing strike inside Somalia since
the US supported Ethiopian invasion and occupation of Somalia in
December, 2006. Dhoobley serves as a home and transit point for
many displaced Somali civilians who are trying to escape
shelling and destruction of Somalia's capital city by the US
sponsored Ethiopian occupation troops.
Somali Cause strongly condemns the illegal military strike in
Somalia and the dubious, yet predictable, reasons given for it.
This missile attack and those that came before it amount to an
undeclared war on Somalia. The March 3, 2008 bombing is clearly
the latest episode in a long series of policy actions on Somalia
that have proven to be colossal failures. The direct US
involvement in the Horn of Africa, especially in Somalia, has
created an ever growing insecurity and bloodshed that has
encouraged despotism, warlords and massive human right abuses.
From arming and financially supporting criminal warlords against
the population (New York Times, 06/08/2006) to providing
logistical support and political cover to Ethiopia's illegal
invasion and occupation (New York Times, 12/27/2006), the
policies of the United States on Somalia are the very definition
of unnecessary insanity: doing the same thing over and over
again yet expecting different results. These policies have
contributed to creating the worst humanitarian crisis in Africa
worse than the Darfur tragedy (New York Times, 11/19/2007).
Concerns are being raised that "Somalia could be headed toward
another war-induced famine like the one it suffered in the early
1990s” (New York Times, 03/04/2008).
Somali Cause strongly urges the United States to respect the
sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia. Furthermore,
the United States must place the same value on the lives of
innocent Somalis as those of its own citizens and refrain from
using arbitrary force to kill or apprehend any Somali citizen.
This wanton use of force by the United States has resulted in
the death and injury of innocent civilians, the destruction of
their homes and their livelihoods while not capturing or killing
a single terrorist.
Somali Cause urges that:
· The US stop the senseless bombing and killing of
innocent people and the destruction of their property based on
the so-called intelligence that has proven to be unreliable in
many past incidences.
· The US Congress investigate the undeclared war
against Somali population
· The International Community bring an immediate end
to the Ethiopian occupation which is terrorizing the Somali
population.
